"Where Quake Meets Reality" The game can be described as a Hollywood tactical shooter; somewhat realism based, but the motto is "fun over realism". This results in a very unique, enjoyable and addictive game. Urban Terror is a standalone game since 2007 when id Software released its id Tech 3 engine under the GPL license. It now uses the latest ioquake3 engine that it is regularily updated and improved.
